Management Structure

Amanda Emily Mashoko is the founder and director of Amanda M. She holds a National Diploma in Legal Assistance from Tshwane University of Technology and currently studying for an LLB degree with the University of South Africa.

She previously worked as an Office Manager at Mahlangu Mashoko Incorporated Attorneys from 2009 to 2012. She was then employed at the office of the Public Protector South Africa under the Good Governance and Integrity Investigation Unit, as its Administrative Assistant from 2012 to 2017.

With extensive knowledge and experience both in public and private office administration within the legal and investigation sectors, Mrs Mashoko is the integral component of Amanda M. She has devoted her time and energy to understand office and business administration and developed innovative methods to render cost-effective and seamless solutions to emerging entities.

Kamohelo Mashoko is a partner and manages all the legal aspects within Amanda M. He holds an LLB from the University of Pretoria and is a Director at Mashoko Mahlangu Incorporated Attorneys. He is an admitted attorney of the High Courts of South Africa with the Right of Appearance in the Supreme Courts. Mr Mashoko is also in charge of the corporate and commercial divisions.

He further oversees the litigation department of the Firm together with the other professionals of the Firm. This division is also responsible for risk analysis advice for clients of Amanda M to assess their exposure to litigation. Mr. Mashoko has a sound knowledge and immaculate understanding of the South African commercial, administrative, labour and civil law and litigation. He has over the years demonstrated the above said knowledge by rendering advice and services on a variety of legal issues.
